You can submit projects and track progress in real time, request and approve quotes on screen without back-and-forth emails, pay invoices online via Stripe, run custom reports (PDF, Excel, or in-portal) including cost savings breakdowns, view interpreter call data within 30 minutes of a call, and download past project deliveries.

Can I pay invoices inside ACP?

Yes, you can pay invoices directly in the portal using Stripe, which is PCI-compliant and encrypts your payment information. Your card stays securely on file for future payments.

How secure is my data in ACP?

ACP protects data by default, with all file exchanges occurring in an encrypted environment. It also supports Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign-On (SSO) as optional add-ons, along with role-based permissions tailored by department or position for organizations that need additional access control.

Does ACP require training to use?

No. Anyone who can use a web browser can submit a project, check its status, or pull up a past invoice. Argo Translation's in-house team ships updates regularly, with no installs or IT tickets required on your end.
