Is the AI-translated content reviewed by humans?
Yes. Linguists with experience in your industry review and refine every AI translation. Depending on the workflow, this can be 1 linguist for routine content or 2 linguists for critical documents, and all post-editing follows the ISO 18587:2017 standard.
Is my data secure in your AI translation engine?
We use stateless AI models, meaning your data isn't stored by the model after processing, and no client data is ever used to retrain large language models. All system calls between platforms, including Claude and Azure, are API-based and secured within our IT infrastructure.
Is my data used to train your AI engines?
No. If you opt into an AI-supported workflow, your translation memory data is used only to train models specific to your organization. It is never used to train general-purpose engines.
