Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about certified translation

What comes with a certified translation?
Every certified project includes a Regulatory Compliance Platform (RCP) Report, automatically generated at completion. The RCP Report serves as your translation certification and provides a full audit trail, including the unique identifying codes, education level, and years of experience for each linguist who worked on your project.
Is notarization available?
Yes. Argo Translation operates as a Notary Public in Illinois and provides notarization complimentary with certified translations, which is especially valuable for legal documents.
How do I know a translation is accurate?
Argo Translation has a certified translation guarantee. If a confirmed translation error is identified, corrections are completed at no charge, and any issue is investigated and documented in accordance with our ISO protocols.

Two paths

A rejected document costs more than certification

When certification is an afterthought

The document bounces

Rejected by the receiver

Courts, agencies, and registrars bounce translations without proper certification.

A bounced filing means starting over with the clock still running.

Wrong attestation

Certified, notarized, and sworn are not interchangeable, and the mismatch sends you back in line.

No one accountable

When accuracy is questioned, nobody stands behind the work.

When Argo Translation certifies

Accepted the first time

Signed accuracy statement

Certification that meets the receiving body's requirements.

Deadlines held

Turnarounds planned around your filing date.

The right attestation

Certified, notarized, or sworn, matched to the use case.

Backed by an accuracy guarantee

Argo Translation stands behind every certified word.
